PURCH1373 Estate Strategy: Lead Advisors Framework The University is seeking to create a Lead Advisor Framework envisaged to have up to 5 suppliers who can provide multi-discipline construction consultancy services to assist in the delivery of the Estates Strategy. The role of Lead Advisor is varied and may include inputs to projects to be delivered via a variety of procurement routes under the NEC 3 suite of contracts. The University is seeking expressions of interest from suitable consultants/teams who possess a demonstrable track-record in the successful delivery of a Lead Advisor Services Framework in the higher education (or comparable organisation) sector. Applicants must be able to clearly demonstrate that they possess adequate levels of resource of the requisite calibre and experience, to serve a number of concurrent construction projects. This may be from within their own organisation or sub-consultants or consortium arrangements. PQQ documents available from Public Contracts Scotland.
