Tender description

The London Borough of Hackney requires a Business Intelligence system that will collect, integrate, analyse and present business information to support better business decision making. The aim of the Business Intelligence (BI) is to provide accessible, accurate, relevant and timely management information at the desktop for frontline staff, Senior and Service Management. The system will ultimately provide integrated reporting capabilities across service data with functions that allow for retrospective and forward planning analysis. Business Intelligence system will deliver corporate joined up views such as the following: • Single view of Business - Back office and Mobile Dashboard showing information on a business – all activities linked to the business - Enforcement, Inspections, Licensing, and Waste Contract etc. This could create the opportunity to reduce site visits with a ‘do it in one visit’ strategy. • Single view of Social Services – Hackney Homes, Public Health and Social Care Services Dashboard providing the potential to deliver improved social services with joined up working between Public Health, Hackney Homes and Adult and Children’s Social Services. • Resident Service Requests/Incident Reports – Corporate dashboard showing hotspots etc. – targeted resourcing in problem Single view of Hackney Homes/Housing – Housing dashboard for repairs and Tenancy and Leasehold Management. • Single view of Enforcement activities – Corporate Enforcement Dashboard.
