Bron Afon is looking to recruit a number of Consultants to help with the delivery for our aims. Please note this FW is for a Variety of disciplines. Architectural services relation to new build, renovation, external and environmental works. Provides which will comprise of design and technical consultancy for landscape and urban design, including regeneration. Consultant to cover the provision of ad hoc and site specific planning advice and consultancy support. This will cover general advice on developing strategies linked to local planning policies through to specific supporting work such as transport assessments,consultation facilitation, planning applications and appeals. The QS should be able to provide pre- and post-contract quantity surveying services including project management for large and complex projects. The QS may also be required to manage designated projects and act as lead consultant working closely with and advising a wide range of professional staff from departments within Bron Afon Community Housing and outside organisations to ensure smooth and timely progress of projects and also ensure compliance with all necessary legislation and other requirements. Bron Afon Community Housing requires an Employer's Agents who have vast experience across a range of sectors ready to act on the organizational instructions to deliver projects from inception to completion. Bron Afon Community Housing requires an experienced Principle Designer who can provide guidance on client duties under regulations 4 and 5. Bron Afon requires the Principal Designer to act as a client advisor, assess competencies and implications of project safety and green for sustainability issues. Bron Afon may require advice on Health and Safety management, risk avoidance and mitigation. This will be in support of understanding the condition and integrity of existing structures as well as designing and advising on strategies, and plans to remediate particular issues and/or deliver technical solutions to renovation problems and new build designs. Bron Afon will require the successful consultant to provide the service which will comprise design, technical consultancy and engineering.
