Tender description

The project involves the construction of 35 housing units with associated landscaping. The site is the former Fencedyke Primary School. The school was demolished to ground floor slab. The houses are to be timber framed with facing brick on strip foundations with concrete roof tiles. Domestic M&E services are to be installed including gas fired central heating.
