Tender description

PURCH1299 Building Management Systems (BMS). The University is seeking to establish a framework agreement consisting of one provider to undertake BMS planned works, reactive works, works arising and small project works to the building infrastructure within the estates portfolio, during the period December 2016 to November 2018; with the option to extend for 2 additional 1-year period(s). The purpose of the framework is to deliver an asset management philosophy to maintaining the University's Buildings Management Systems in accordance with statutory compliance, lifecycle and performance milestones within the University built environment to ensure safety and efficient, effective use of the assets across the University estate.
