Tender description

Limerick Urban Revitalisation — O‘Connell Street, Limerick. Limerick City and County Council is seeking to engage a multidisciplinary consultancy service that will design and deliver the urban centre revitalisation elements described in this brief. The Consultant shall be capable of providing all the necessary consultancy design services such as planning, transport planning and design, urban space design, road design, traffic management and design, structural design, geotechnical design, electrical and mechanical, public lighting, utilities design/diversion, ground condition investigation and remediation, environmental studies, archaeological assessments, cultural impact assessments, quantity surveying, contract administration services, health and safety, the role of the PSDP and all other consultancy services necessary for the performance of the services described in this brief and in Schedule B.
