The purpose of this procurement is to procure the following key integrated components of the Digital Platform: — A web content management system (CMS) offering dynamic template and sophisticated search functionality; — An online forms solution including business process management; — External hosting and support arrangements (hosting and software support). Gateshead Council is undergoing significant transformational change as it responds to increased demands for services and reduced resources to meet those needs. Technology has a growing significance in all our lives and, increasingly, we have to think and work more flexibly across many boundaries. Recognising this we are implementing Digital Gateshead 2015-2020, a Digital Strategy that will help us change the way we deliver services.
