Tender description

NHSP is seeking a managed service covering the process from receiving a purchase invoice (both on paper and electronically) through to providing an electronic file of the invoice data in an agreed format suitable for importing into NHSP's Finance system. Currently 450 000 paper invoices are received per annum. This notice does not involve setting up a dynamic purchasing system. This opportunity will be for a 3 year contract which will be subject to renewals of 12 months on a maximum of 2 occasions. Tenderers who wish to participate may register themselves on the NHS Professionals e-Tendering suite: www.nhsp.bravosolution.co.uk. Tenderers that register should also e-mail tenders@nhsprofessionals.nhs.uk to express their interest. This notice is not a call for competition itself. NHSP expects to publish a separate Contract Notice for this opportunity in mid May 2016. Tenderers that have registered themselves on our e-Tendering site, and expressed their interest by e-mailing tenders@nhsprofessionals.nhs.uk will be automatically notified by the Bravo system when the opportunity is made available.
