Roofing Repairs and Asphalt Flooring Works

Tender description

This Framework is being set up to support Members with specific roofing repair programmes and any one off roofing repairs that arise , any roofs beyond repair will be required to have a full replacement. The main elements covered by this framework will be: · Felt roofing repairs · Tiled / slate roofing repairs · Asphalt flooring works · Clean and repair PVC and cast guttering · Renew barge, soffits and fascia boards · Asphalt Flooring works The Contractor will be required to carry out all of the works to a range of property types including, but notlimited to, domestic housing stock, high rise and low rise flats, office accommodation, hospitals, student accommodation and schools. Generally, the works will be undertaken while the property is occupied.
