Tender description

Hertfordshire County Council (the Contracting Authority) acting on behalf of the Participants has awarded a Framework Agreement for the purchase of Office Books and Pads. The authorities that are participating in this Agreement are listed below: Hampshire County Council; Hertfordshire County Council. The Contracting Authority reserves the right however to include any other Consortium member, affiliate or associate who may wish to join this arrangement at a future date. The Contract will be for a core period of two (2) years unless terminated in accordance with the provisions of this Contract or extended at the sole discretion of the Council for a period of up to two (2) further years on an annual basis by giving at least six (6) months' prior notice in writing. Please note that the Contract requirements will subject to available financial resources, supplier performance and flexibility to meet changing demands. The award details are as follows: Lot 1 — Refill Pads: Grosvenor House Paper Ltd. Lot 2A — Notebooks Wire-bound: Esselte UK Ltd, Exaclair Ltd, Grosvenor House Papers Ltd, Hamelin Brands Ltd, Pukka Pads 2000 Ltd, Snopake Ltd, Supplies Team Ltd t/a Banner. Lot 2B — Notebooks Case-bound: Grosvenor House Papers Ltd, Exaclair Ltd, Pukka Pads 2000 Ltd, William Sinclair and Sons (Stationers) Ltd, Supplies Team Ltd t/a Banner. Lot 3 — Project Books: Pukka Pads 2000 Ltd, Supplies Team Ltd t/a Banner. Lot 4 — Office Books and Pads: Exaclair Ltd, Grosvenor House Papers Ltd, Hamelin Brands Ltd, Pukka Pads 2000 Ltd, William Sinclair and Sons (Stationers) Ltd, Supplies Team t/a Banner. Lot 5 — Manuscripts: William Sinclair and Sons (Stationers) Ltd, Supplies Team Ltd t/a Banner. Lot 6 — Flip Chart Pads: Grosvenor House Papers Ltd. Lot 7 — Manuscripts: Grosvenor House Papers Ltd.
