Tender description

This is a notice for social and specific services in accordance with Directive 2014/24/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council Article 74. Surrey County Council is seeking to procure a Home from Hospital service to enable individuals who are able to go home have support at home for a short term, this is not a CQC registered service. The estimated contract value is 352 000 GBP per annum. The contract will be for 1 year with the option of 2 1-year extension periods.
