Tender description

Somerset County Council (SCC) is seeking interest from organisations that would like to provide a care and support service(s) across 22 Extra Care Housing Schemes in Somerset. The service will include the provision of a 24 hour 7 days a week support service with the capacity to deliver incidental care in an emergency at any time to all Extra Care Housing tenants. The service will also have the capacity to provide packages of care for those with assessed needs.
