Tender description

Gas Fuelled Domestic Heating Servicing, maintenance, Repair and Installations works to 5 600 domestic properties managed by Leeds City Council. Leeds City Council is considering nominating parts suppliers for installations (for boilers, radiators, and other parts required as part of the systems installations element) and purchasing these items through this contract. If we do this it will increase the contract price set out below by approximately 30 %. Tenderers will be informed of the scope of the procurement at the point that invitation to tenders is issued.
