The London Borough of Waltham Forest is looking to procure a single supplier Framework Agreement for the provision of Professional engineering services to meet the ordinary requirements of a local authority for traffic and transportation, transport and development planning, Environment enhancements (public realm) and sustainability, highways management and design and consultancy advice and support.
