Tender description
The Council of the Borough of Bournemouth has appointed a supplier to provide its Leasehold tenants (Right to Buy, Mortgaged and Shared Ownership Properties) with the provision of property insurance in respect of private dwellings sold on a leasehold basis, the majority of these were under the Right To Buy (RTB) legislation. The value of this contract will vary depending on the number of properties insured. The contract will commence on 1.4.2016 and will run for a period of 3 years. There is an option to extend this contract annually for a further 2 years. Therefore, if all the extensions are taken the full length of the contract will be 5 years.
