Tender description

This tender is for the provision of Professional Advisory Services for the Better Queensway Project in Southend on Sea, Essex in Lots: 1. Lead Advisers; 2. Design and Urban Planning; 3. Strategic Property Advisers; 4. Strategic Financial Advisers. The Council is also seeking to appoint suitably qualified and experienced Providers of the following Professional Advisory Services: Design and Urban Planning (including planning, architecture, master planning and urban design, environmental impact assessment, landscape architecture and development) The Council seek to appoint a lead consultant (and specialist professional advisory services) for the Queensway regeneration project and reserve the right to award all lots to a single supplier. For this reason, any organisation tendering to be Lead Consultant will be required to tender for at least one other lot and are encouraged to seek responses to the Council's requirements by tendering for all lots. This may be in the form of a consortium or special vehicle as approved or instructed by the Council. The Council is also seeking to appoint suitably qualified and experienced Providers of the following Professional Advisory Services: Strategic Property Advisers (relating to key redevelopment and regeneration projects, strategic acquisitions and disposals, market conditions and risks, all stages of the CPO process from inception through, public inquiry, possession and subsequent negotiation of property acquisition and compensation. The Council seek to appoint a lead consultant (and specialist professional advisory services) for the Queensway regeneration project and reserve the right to award all lots to a single supplier.
