The Derbyshire County Council are currently pricing a refurbishment to Bennerley Fields PSU School and invite you to tender for the Single Ply Roofing element of the Project. We are seeking a price for Labour and materials. Please fix your price for 6 months. Site information: Bennerley Fields Specialist Speech & Lang. College Stratford Street Ilkeston Derbyshire DE7 8QZ Welfare facilities to be provided by the main contractor DCC Contract Services Scaffold, edge protection, chutes and hoisting facilities to be provided by the polymeric sheet roofing subcontractor All work has been measured from the drawings for tender purposes and the works as carried out will be subject to re-measure and revaluation. Alternative proprietary systems that specified may be accepted subject to the job architects approval Programme of work It is intended that the polymeric sheet roofing works take place spring/early summer 2016 but exact dates are to be agreed.
