Tender description

The National Treasury Management Agency (NTMA) sought tenders for appointment to a framework for the provision of legal services to the State Claims Agency (SCA) on managing delegated claims and counter-claims against the State in respect of General Claims (Employer’s Liability, Public Liability & Property Damage). Please see the attached contract award notice for details of the appointed firms in respect of the eight panels. The date the panels were put in place is 31st March 2016.
