Tender description
Engie on behalf of North East Lincolnshire Council are seeking a suitably qualified consultant to produce a report outlining the feasibility of a potential options to connect Europarc Business Park with Laforey Road. The connection of Laforey Road and Europarc aims to reduce 'dead mileage' between Pyewipe Roundabout and Europarc and to re-route the service through economically active areas. The aim is to increase passengers numbers on the 1, 2 & 20 bus service which is subsidised by the Council. The intention of this action is to make the bus service financially sustainable and continue to provide sustainable access to key employment areas
