Tender description

The National Offender Management Service (NOMS) has a requirement for tamper evidence products used to store and record evidence of drugs, mobile phones and items involved in incidents that occur within prisons. The products required are a mixture of paper sacks, polythene evidence bags, weapons tubes evidence labels and barrier tapes. The Authority is intending to award a 4 year supply call off contract for the supply of security seals with the delivery destinations being all public sector prisons in the HM Prison estate. The Contractor may also be required to ship goods to other Contracting Authorities including HM Scottish Prison Service and Private Sector Prisons, which may be subject to the appropriate additional carriage charges.
