Tender description

The overall purpose of the project is to analyse the macroeconomic and business competitiveness impacts of setting different Carbon Budget 5 levels. There are a number of key objectives that the project should address. These are to: • Carryout the required analysis using HMRC’s environmental CGE model • Provide outputs and conduct comprehensive quality assurance and sensitivity analysis to ensure they are robust • Produce a report on the key results and methodology
