Tender description

Building construction work. New build development of 50No. self contained flats spread over 4 blocks let under a single contract for MHS Homes or one of its subsidiaries. The development involves the demolition and site clearance of existing buildings and the new build construction of 4 new blocks of flats. Three of the blocks are 4 storey and the fourth block is 5 storey and served by a communal lift. The development will include all associated on and off site works as indicated on the accompanying layout including parking spaces.
