Tender description
Clydebank Care Home will be a new build facility to provide facilities to support 84 residents and a Day Care facility for 50 users. The project will be a design and build contract. Employers Requirements will be prepared at RIBA stage 3: Developed Design. The project is subject to a Major Planning Application which will be completed prior to the appointment of contractor. The form of contract is likely to be NEC3 Option A, priced contract with activity schedule. Outline programme for the works is as follows; — Tender period from June 2016. — Appointment expected November 2016. — Commencement on site expected Winter 2016. — Construction period of 65 weeks.
