Tender opportunity 1393/MR The project is located in the St Georges Campus off Broad lane Sheffield. The Old Mining Block building is one of several buildings located in a court yard area. The facility is used for academic research. This project is to enhance fire protection. The project pre tender estimate is in the region of £200-275k gross The works consist of : • Installation of Glass fire rated doors and screens in corridors • Installtion of fire rated plasterboard bulk head • Installation of hold back devises connected to fire alrm system • Relocation and addition of detectors at either side of new door • All work to be done out of normal working hours This is an open Non EU procurement procedure.
