Tender description

The energy bureau service will be required to manage, co-ordinate and undertake all day today responsibilities, financial elements and legal requirements of Walsall Councils corporate energy usage. The utilities include gas, electricity, water and store oils. The following list is an outline of Walsall Council requirements – • Set up and maintain utility data bases including transfer of historical data • Collect, validate and store all utility invoices • Query billing and negotiate applicable refunds • On line supplier query system • Manage changes to account and premise • Manage supplier management issues • Provide on line reporting • Manual meter readings • Collect, import and report on half hourly meters and AMR’s • Provide a dedicated account manager • Provide a call centre service • Attend regular meetings and work to agreed KPI’s • Manage and finalize all CRC reports • ISO9001 (Quality Management) • ISO27001 (Data Security)
