Please note this notice to advertise a request for quotation that Surrey County Council will be publishing on our e-Sourcing Portal at https://in-tendhost.co.uk/sesharedservices/aspx/home Surrey County Council is procuring a composition analysis for collected residual waste on behalf of the Surrey Waste Partnership. The contractor must provide new waste composition data for the kerbside collected household residual waste stream that is representative and statistically significant at the Waste Collection Authority (WCA) level and county level. The contractor must use a ‘physical sort and quantification’ analysis method to analyse the composition of the selected waste stream. Physical sort and quantification is defined as the physical separation of waste samples into pre-determined classifications which are then quantified individually by means of weighing.
