Warrington Bridge Street Quarter Redevelopment Works (Phase 4) represents the largest and final phase of an ambitious wider master plan to regenerate the Bridge Street Quarter sited within Warrington, Cheshire to deliver a high quality Town Centre environment including new Public Realm/ Event Spaces, new Council Offices, new Market Hall and a high quality mix of Commercial, Leisure and Retail facilities. The requirements for Phase 4 of the redevelopment are included in the attached PQQ documentation. Organisations who are interested in learning more about the opportunity are invited to a Meet and Greet Event which will take place on Monday 18th April 2016 at Walton Hall and Gardens, Walton Lea Road, Warrington WA4 6SN.
