Tender description

The purpose of this competition is to establish a Multi Supplier Framework Agreement for the Provision of Translation Services (excluding Irish) with a minimum of five (5) and a maximum of ten (10) Framework Members (subject to the quality of tender responses). The Framework will be available for use across the entire public sector. The Framework Agreement will be divided into six (6) Lots as outlined below: Lot 1: Central Government Departments (excluding the Department of Justice and Equality); Lot 2: The Department of Justice and Equality (excluding An Garda Síochána); Lot 3: An Garda Síochána; Lot 4: The Health Sector; Lot 5: The Education Sector; Lot 6: Local Government. Contracts will be awarded for individual Lots following mini competitions amongst Framework Members. The Lots as described are anticipated but not guaranteed. The Contracting authority reserves the right to alter these Lots if required to do so by Framework Clients.
