The objective of this procurement exercise is to appoint a single professional organisation to deliver construction, facilities management and life cycle services for the next 5 years (2016-2021) on behalf of Hull Citycare. Hull Citycare seeks to appoint a single professional organisation to deliver construction, facilities management and life cycle services for the next 5 years — 2016-2021. The procurement process will include the following: 1. Successfully completed Pre-Qualifying Questionnaire (PQQ) and invitation to take part in the next stage. 2. Successfully completed Invitation to Tender (ITT) process including Contractors Proposals regarding a sample project known as Hull Integrated Care Centre comprising the construction of a 2-storey integrated care centre with adjoining facilities for Humberside Fire and Rescue.
