SO15980 PROVISION OF SISYS SAMS PERIPHERALS (RCA107464)

Tender description

The Ministry of Defence (MoD) are inviting bids for the supply and installation of various SISYS SAMS Peripherals across twenty-seven (27) MoD sites. Suppliers are invited to quote for the following items: Item Magicard Rio Pro x 14 Canon VC-C50i PTZ camera x 9 Seiko SLP 650 label printer x 20 Data Logic Heron D3130 Bar Code Reader x 10 Epson Workforce 3010 A4 printer x 9 All hardware is to be fully compatible with the upgraded SISYS software recently installed Window 7 PCs. Suitable alternative equivalents will not be accepted for this contract due to the nature of each item and the need to retain technical compatibility. The aforementioned hardware will need to be delivered in batches to twenty-seven (27) delivery address, Peripheral requirements for each of the twenty-seven (27) sites must be delivered to the site as one complete delivery. Full site addresses will be provided to the winning bidder. Following the complete delivery of each batch, the peripheral hardware will then need to be installed, configured and tested with the upgraded SISYS SAMS PCs at each of the twenty-seven (27) to ensure full system capability and functionality.
