Tender description

The purpose of this tender exercise is to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to remove, transport and dispose of untreated leachate from a point specified at Linwood Moss Landfill Site. This being the lagoon commonly referred to as ‘Lagoon 1’. The successful Contractor will be required to remove excess landfill leachate by vacuum tanker (28 tonne capacity) in order to maintain leachate levels in an open lagoon situated on the south east flank of the site. Leachate is to be drawn off from this lagoon, maximum suction length approximately 10 m. Note: The buyer is using PCS-Tender to carry out this procurement process.
