Service Brokerage Specialist For Seafood Exhibition, Conference & Public Educational Experience

In support of BIM’s action to carry out national policy with regard to seafood development, it is necessary for BIM to organise a number of symposia each year. BIM is now seeking tenders for the supply and brokerage and support services to assist with putting together our programme of seafood exhibitions, conferences and public educational experiences. A detailed specification of requirement can be found in Section 2 of this document. The services required will fall under the governance of a framework agreement. The duration of this framework agreement will be for up to a maximum of four (4) years subject to satisfactory annual review of performance and to budgetary constraints. For the avoidance of doubt, the Contracting Authority confirms that the period of any contracts awarded under the framework agreement may extend beyond the date of expiry of the framework.
