Tender description

Residential security services for block of flats. The Council requires the services of a high quality and professionally managed manned security and guarding service (that has BS EN ISO 9001 or equivalent accreditation and complies with all legislation governing the security industry) to provide an on site presence which will make residents feel safer in their homes, provide the Council with the reassurance that the block is under surveillance and deter incidences of anti-social behaviour, unauthorised entry, trespassing, theft, vandalism, damage and breaches of health and safety.
