Tender description

The project entails the preparation of the existing roof including the stripping off of the present surface, cleaning, surface preparation and priming, etc. and the laying of a new roof system to provide a fully weatherproofed roof covering. The Employers, TG4 and their Employer's Representative are particularly interested in working with an experienced, proactive and practical Contractor and his site staff, all capable of working together within the Contract Sum and multi-phased project time-scales whilst providing a high standard of health and safety, programming, management, construction and quality finish to re-roofing project scheme, etc. and in this respect will require the highest standards to be exercised by the selected Contractor, all of which will be significant factors in the eventual selection of a Contractor considered suitable in this particular instance.
