Southend Borough Council requires a Quantity Surveyor for the Demolition of an existing two storey car park and the construction of a new multi-storey car park. The appointment involves Supplying Quantity Surveying services from ‘Stage 2’ through to ‘Stage 7’ of the RIBA Plan of Work 2013. Please submit your request to quote no later than 12 noon on 8th April 2016. We anticipate the tenders will be sent out on 8th April 2016 with a return date of 22nd April 2016. The proposed commencement date of this project is 25th April 2016 and we anticipate an eighty five week programme of works.
