West London Mental Health NHS Trust (WLMHT) is currently developing a career pathway to support healthcare assistants from bands 2 to 4 and, where appropriate, support them in accessing nurse training. The Trust is keen to work with education providers to establish a programme that supports the learning needs of staff who may wish to apply for an Assistant Practitioner Post.
