Tender description

Place Partnership Limited, on behalf of the Commissioning Authorities, need to establish a Grounds Maintenance contract for all properties for which the Commissioning Authorities are responsible. The contract shall run from 1.4.2016 to 31.3.2019, with the option a further 2 1-year extensions (3+1+1). There will be a break clause within the contract for an analysis of the works carried out thus far after 2 years.
