Tender description

Works to resolve suitability issues and create additional teaching space at Lammack Primary School, Lammack Road, Blackburn. The main items of works are listed below: • The creation of a single storey classroom extension to the front of the school, in traditional construction, to provide a Year 5/6 classroom. • The creation of two external corridors in lightweight glazed construction giving access to the new classroom and to the remote KS1 area of the school respectively. • Internal adaptation works to the KS1, Year 3 classrooms to allow the creation of an open plan classroom, and new store room.
