Tender description
Richmond Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) and the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames (LBRuT, or the Council) are jointly responsible for commissioning Health and Social Care services for nearly 200 000 people living within the Borough of Richmond. Together the CCG and Council (the Commissioners) are committed to high quality health and social care services for the whole population, including Adults with a learning disability. This specification describes the specialist health community based services requirements for adults with a learning disability in the London Borough of Richmond. The specification also sets out key outcomes and standards for this service.
