Norfolk County Council wishes to establish a multi-provider Framework for the provision of tree maintenance, removal and emergency clearance of trees, grip and back-ditch cleaning, hedge and verge cutting. The framework agreement is split in to four lots: 1. Tree maintenance 2. Emergency tree felling and clearance 3. Grip and back ditch cleaning 4. Hedge and verge trimming
