Tender description

Queen's undertook a procurement process for the provision of land and the subsequent design and construction of student residential accommodation which has the capacity to accommodate up to 1 500 student bed-spaces within a prescribed area of one mile of the University's main campus. In order to facilitate the day to day project management, contract administration, liaison with the Building Contractor, monitoring of the works and valuation of work complete, Queen's required the appointment of an Employer's Agent and Cost Consultant. The appointed Employer's Agent and Cost Consultant will provide the link between the University's point of contact (Estates Manager), the Developer, the Building Contractor and the Developer's consultant team.
