Tender description

The project scope is to:- • Review all commercial heating installations to assess their condition and life expectancy. To make recommendations in respect of works required and it’s relative priority. To provide budget figures for the cost of the work proposed. • Where instructed to develop a proposal for the replacement of the boilers and associated control systems. • Produce full tender documents, with specification, appropriate plans and details to enable competitive tenders to be obtained. • Act as Contract Administrator for the installation, managing all site supervision, commissioning, variations and agreeing the final account. • Act as Principle Designer under CDM 2015 where this is appropriate.
