Tender description

Expressions of interest from suitable suppliers is sought in relation to a Materials Supply Framework Agreement to initially cover the North Wales region, full details of which are set out in the Tender Documents. The services will include the provision of a dedicated store and/or use of the suppliers branch network for the Clients, cost control, value engineering and related services where these are relevant. The service requirement is further described within the Tender Documents A priority for the Clients is to establish effective working relationships with an organisation that will work on a pro-active and collaborative basis with the Clients in order to maximise the efficient delivery of the Service with minimal disruption to staff, tenants, owner/occupiers and users. The Framework allows for additional members to join by way of a joining agreement. Members will then enter into separate material supply contracts with the appointed supplier.
