Tender description

1.8 The value of the Authority's capital projects programme (works cost exc. Major Projects) over the next 3 years is forecast to be circa 8 000 000 GBP. The Authority's requirements will be broken down into 5 Lots: 1. Architects; 2. Civil/Structural Engineers; 3. Principal Designer; 4. Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Engineering; 5. Quantity Surveyors. You may submit interest in 1, or any number of Lots. The Contract will be 36 months in duration, with the option to extend by 2 periods of 12 months, giving a total possible duration of 60 months (5 years).
