Agency fuel cards

Tender description

This tender is issued by 2 members of Selectusonline Ltd, a purchasing consortium consisting of 6 utility companies. The 2 Selectusonline members, Electricity North West Ltd and Northumbrian Water Ltd have a requirement is to secure the supply of fuel cards. As a consequence, each of the above members are participating in the Tender and intend to award Contract with the successful Tender(s). Each Contracting Entity will contract directly with the successful Tender(s). Selectusonline Ltd will Not contract with the successful supplier. Northumbrian Water Ltd will act as lead in the tendering process. The procurement process will be managed electronically, with all communication being managed through the Northumbrian Water e-Sourcing Spend Management web site. The majority of vehicles run on standard diesel. Refuelling usually takes place across the Northumbrian Water operating areas of the North East of England, Essex and Suffolk and Electricity North West operating area of Cumbria, Lancashire, Greater Manchester and parts of North Yorkshire, Derbyshire and Cheshire. It is the intention for both NWL and ENWL to award a contract(s) to the same supplier(s) however we reserve the right to award to separate suppliers should they represent best value for the company with regards to the location of filling stations from depots.
