Sketch House Multi-Use Space Internal Fit-Out

Tender description

The works comprise fitting out a space measuring approximately 300 sqm that has been delivered up to Shell and Core stage. The works include installation of partitions to form a kitchen, WCs and store along with works to floors, walls and ceiling. The works include all associated Mechanical and Electrical installations. Due to the tight timescales, expressions of interest are to be sent via e-mail to George Lewis at g.p.lewis@arts.ac.uk by 12 noon on Tuesday 29 March. In anticipation of a strong response, EoIs received after this date will not be considered. Tender clarifications will then be issued via e-mail to those who have submitted an EoI. Tenders should be returned no later than 12 o’clock Noon on Tuesday 5th April. You should use and complete the tender form included. Please note that the form of contract will be the JCT Minor Works Building Contract 2011 (with latest revisions); under this contract no monies can be certified to be paid to the Contractor until an order for goods has been provided to the Contract Administrator.
