Tender description
Within the City of Edinburgh Council, Edinburgh Building Services (EBS) currently manage around 25 000 social housing properties, with around 2 000 of them becoming void per annum and thus requiring Trauma and Final cleaning related services. Furthermore the Council's Health and Social Care (HSC) department has a requirement for the provision of Trauma and Final Cleaning related services in both Council and privately owned properties. As such the City of Edinburgh Council wishes to appoint a single provider to undertake Trauma and Final Cleaning Services to properties within the Council boundary. Please note there will be a site visit on 15.6.2015. Further details will follow.
