Tender description

Repair and maintenance of plant. The contract consists of planned preventative maintenance of air conditioning, refrigeration and ventilating plant Contractors to work as required in Council properties and those of other external clients in the provision of this service. The Contract shall commence on 1.4.2016 for an initial period of 3 years with the option to extend for a further 12 month period.
