Mid and East Antrim Borough Council is seeking recycling and recovery treatment services from Residual Civic Amenity, Litter and Bulky Waste; 1. Residual Waste From The Civic Amenity Sites (Household Recycling Centres), Litter And Bulky Waste Mid and East Antrim Borough Council operates 5 civic amenity sites with residual waste being delivered from 3 areas Ballymena, Carrickfergus and Larne.
