Mid and East Antrim Borough Council is undertaking a procurement exercise to select a contractor or contractors to provide a service to treat and/or recycle/recover wastes as detailed within this Terms of Reference document. Mid and East Antrim Borough Council is seeking recycling and recovery treatment services from Residual Civic Amenity, Litter and Bulky Waste; 1. Residual Waste From The Civic Amenity Sites (Household Recycling Centres), Litter And Bulky Waste Mid and East Antrim Borough Council operates 5 civic amenity sites with residual waste being delivered from 3 areas Ballymena, Carrickfergus and Larne.
