2.4.2 Display Estate ? Provision of hardware and software maintenance for the existing display estate, with options for upgrade to meet the functional requirements for new displays. ? The procurement, installation and maintenance of new display hardware as required during the Contract term. ? A Content Management System (CMS) to control display content and layout for existing and any future displays, which will take a SIRI data feed from the Central System Service Provider, and provide real time and static content to the display estate, is required. ? A web based monitoring system, showing the status of all displays, including duration of any downtime is required. All faults and maintenance tasks should be recorded within a web based Fault Management System (FMS), which is to be provided and maintained by the Service Provider. ? The Service Provider will maintain a detailed Asset Register.
